My passion for the restaurant and bar industry began at 19, evolving into a dedicated pursuit of excellence. This dedication was further amplified by my immersive training at a James Beard award-winning bar, providing me with invaluable insights into the highest standards of craft and service. Since joining Yamas Greek Eatery in Plymouth, NH in early 2023, I have ascended to the role of acting bar manager, where I've implemented significant improvements. These include the development of innovative drink menus, strategic bar redesigns, and comprehensive bartender training programs, culminating in the creation of a premier craft bar experience.

My signature espresso martini has garnered a loyal following, attracting patrons from a wide radius. This success has led to invitations to consult on the opening of three new bar ventures in 2025, with aspirations for continued expansion. My commitment to quality and innovation drives my approach to every aspect of this dynamic industry.
